Introducing Our Online Newsletter - March 09, 2009

We, in the Law firm of Olisa Agbakoba & Associates, in keeping with our resolve to offer the cutting edge of legal services, as would meet the expectations of a dynamic (legal) world, will henceforth be publishing an online  periodical (a newsletter), which will in the main explore developments and occurrences, as they happen, from legal perspectives.

The unqualified advantage of an online publication in regard to its reach and impact makes our choice of this medium compelling, and we believe that our target audience (which is the world really!) will in no time be overwhelmed by a gravitational pull to the publication; of course for its irresistible benefits. Our team of lawyers, with individual enviable experiences in diverse areas of law and its practice, are readily available to ensure that this online publication always satisfies this advertised commitment.

As a demonstration of the importance we attach to this project, our Senior Partner, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), Olisa Agbakoba, is taking the first shot, as it were, with no less a topic than the issues raised by the recent failure of Nigeria’s Satellite, the NIGCOMSAT-1.
