OA&A OPENS A NEW MEDIATION AND ARBITRATION CENTRE - June 20, 2008

Good day and Welcome.  

The face of law practice is constantly changing and legal service providers should respond accordingly.

This realty is the motivating factor for the establishment of OA&A Mediation and Arbitration Center at the prime business district of Ikoyi, Lagos.

The ultra modern center is about the first in Nigeria to be solely designated and managed as part of a law firm. It is designed to provide a compact environment and easily accessible venue for Alternative Dispute Resolution engagements particularly Mediation, Arbitration, Early Neutral Evaluation etc; which may be required by our diverse clients.

OA&A is committed to providing legal solution and meeting our clients' needs and expectations at all time; the center is one of the means of achieving that. Also, as part of our community service, the center would be opened for use to companies, professional bodies and individuals.

We are keen to support the development and practice of Alternative Dispute resolution and also provide a suitable environment for engagement between legal service providers, other professionals and their clients.
