The current trend is, corporate organizations look beyond a drive for profits. It has also been observed that profit margins of companies tend to improve in the long run when an organization invest in its work force by availing them with training necessary for improved performance. This invariably leads to an improvement in the profit margin of a company's business.
OA & A provides Training Services to multi-national companies and other organizations.

We have trained Judges on Arbitration and Contemporary issues in Shipping Law. We have also provided training services to  Small & Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN) on Legal Issues.

We have also provided training services to Shell- Nigeria on Business and Human Rights.

As independent or commissioned publishers, we have over 70 publications in diverse areas of law on practice, procedure and development.
