OA & A offers services on Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Our partners are chartered Arbitrators and enjoy listing of high profile ADR associations, nationally and internationally. We are the first law firm in Nigeria to establish an ADR Section in Ikoyi Business District of Lagos where alternative dispute settlement proceedings and advisory services are offered to our clients and interested parties.

We partner with the Chartered Institute Arbitrators, Negotiation and Conflict Management Group, Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators, Maritime Arbitrators Association, Nigeria Chamber of Shipping etc. We represent diverse clients in arbitral and ADR proceedings. The Firm also has membership of the Maritime Arbitrators Association of Nigeria.
